Duckworth Prestex has been taken on by W Hamond in Leeds and CS Bedford in Ruislip, West London.
The historic British watch brand was resurrected last year by industry veteran Neil Duckworth, the grandson of Duckworth Prestex’s founder in the early 20th century.
W Hamond is an independent family-run jewellers where Duckworth Prestex will sit alongside brands including Grand Seiko, Sinn, U-Boat and Chronoswiss.
Store manager Gavin Long says he is impressed with the style and back story of the new Duckworth Prestex collections.
“These are a brilliant addition to our range, which meet all the requirements that our customers are looking for. Along with stylish designs, these watches also stand for quality and heritage, making them a perfect match for our stores,” he says.
CS Bedford is celebrating its centenary year in 2022, and is a destination for Londoners looking for a carefully curated line up on luxury watches.
Duckworth Prestex will be competing in store with the likes of Grand Seiko, Nomos, Ball Watches, Breitling, Longines and Certina.
“We’re delighted to have the Duckworth Prestex brand in our shop. We were immediately struck by the quality and desirability of these watches, and we’re sure they will be a big success,” says co-owner Robert Ungar.
