Simon Carter, the British menswear and accessories brand with standalone store in London and Toronto, has made the move into women’s watches, having created its first women’s jewellery line in 2011.
Describing the jewellery collection as a “huge hit” the brand has followed up with a capsule collection of women’s watches that reference past collections by Simon Carter and are said to have a “pared-down, almost masculine” style.
The watches are available as either three-hand movements with date or as chronographs and have leather straps in blue, black and chocolate brown. They will have oversized cases and RRPs upwards of £100.
Simon Carter’s collections aim to appeal to those with a taste for the inventive, witty and chic. He is known for his collections of cufflinks as well as men’s jewellery, socks and luggage. The brand is also sold through House of Fraser and John Lewis.
