Girard-Perregaux has unveiled its latest colourful take on its Sea Hawk divers watch with hues of blue and orange.
This new model, the first update of the Sea Hawk since 2012, maintains existing technical features including water resistance to 1000m, unidirectional bezel, power reserve indicator and 15 minute dive time scale in orange on a black bezel.
Cobalt blue is used on the dial and strap to highlight the Sea Hawk’s nautical nature while important registers are picked out in orange.
The familiar honeycomb dial remains in place along with three-dimensional hour markers coated with luminescent material for optimum legibility, while the sculpted case slopes from bezel with lines that complement those of the rubber strap, which is secured with a folding steel clasp.
Girard-Perregaux’s in-house GP03300 automatic movement powers the Sea Hawk, beating at 28,800vph. The remaining power in its 46 hour power reserve is displayed in orange at the six o’clock dial position.
