Jorg Gray will launch its first line of ladies watches at BaselWorld next month.
This is a fresh departure for the American watch brand, which is known for its chunky sports watches for men.
Jorg Gray does brand some of its watches as unisex – such as the white and rose gold tone JG5100-33 and the JG6500-21 chronograph with black leather strap and 37mm dial – but the BaselWorld launch will be the first collection aimed solely at women.
Initial designs in the Jorg Gray women’s collection include a rose gold tone chronograph with bracelet strap and Roman numerals, a white and rose gold tone sporty watch with a branded silicone strap and a steel bracelet watch with a black mother of pearl dial.
At yet there has been no word from Jorg Gray as to how the brand will market the women’s watches.
