Flagship Store Manager
Due to the continual expansion and an Internal Promotion, we are looking for a Leader for our Flagship Store to drive forward the Company and Store objectives whilst undergoing a refurbishment this year. This individual should be comfortable in a multi brand, high turnover store who can deliver double digit, year on year growth.
With two direct management reports, and an overall team of approximately 25 people this role is ideal for someone who has a strong people agenda whilst having a dedicated focus on achieving results.
Due to the nature of the role the company are willing to assist with the relocation of suitable individuals to Belfast.
