Since then, the family has become super successful in managing exactly that, and does so from what can only be described as some of the most beautiful and luxurious environments in Houston and Dallas.

The business has continued to grow throughout the years, with new members of the Boulle family joining the business.

In 2015, Nick Boulle, son of Denis and Karen, joined deBoulle and is now president, splitting his time between stores in Dallas and Houston.

Nick’s day job includes him taking care of the operations at the Houston destination, a job that has required the utmost attention in recent months as the store has expanded to bring on board Rolex and Patek Philippe.

To secure these two stalwart brands for his family business has been Nick’s proudest achievement of the past year.

He adds: “We cannot be prouder to represent these two esteemed brands.”

Nick acknowledges Covid-19 as the biggest challenge of the past couple of years, but remarks that having clients who are more like friends made it easier to weather the storm.

These deep personal connections helped see deBoulle through lock downs, and the retailer has since made up for lost time by hosting client events at both of the company’s retail locations.

Nick’s younger sister Emma Boulle has also joined the family business in a sales and operations role. This is an aspect of the business that is sure to see further growth.

As well as the addition of Rolex and Patek Philippe to the retailer’s portfolio, Tudor is becoming an increasingly important brand for deBoulle as demand spikes, particularly among young professionals seeking a quality timepiece that reflects an active lifestyle.

This is a consumer that Nick understands particularly well, referencing competitively racing cars, cycling and being outdoors as his favorite pastimes; as well as spending time with his wife and puppy, of course.
