In the case of Stephen Silver Fine Jewelry, which was founded by Jared’s father Stephen Silver, the neighborhood it serves is an enviable spot — Menlo Park in the heart of Silicon Valley.
The Silver family has interests in real estate as well as fine watches and jewelry, and its current focus is on a massive luxury retail development in the San Francisco Bay Area on which it is teaming with Stanford University.
“It is the largest project we have undertaken in our entire 42-year history,” Jared shares.
This development promises to create an unparalleled luxury lifestyle experience for the Bay Area with premier dining experiences from leading restaurateurs and Michelin-starred chefs.
The property will house five or six mono-brand boutiques, a penthouse-level jewelry and watch lounge, and a private-members club designed by award-winning architect Jon De La Cruz.
Jared describes himself as an adrenaline junkie, an affliction that appears to affect his business and social life.
