F.P. Journe has revamped its lineSport family with three precious metal chronographs.
The lineSport collection broadens with the new Chronographe Monopoussoir Rattrapante is available in three versions: one in platinum, one in 18ct red gold and one in titanium.
The 44mm diameter case watches use a new monopoussoir split second chronograph movement with a very large date made in 18ct rose gold for the platinum piece and red gold for the titanium version.
Using a mix of dial treatments and cases adds up to a sizeable family of watches.
A platinum model has a blue-mauve colour silver guilloché dial with appliqués numerals in matte white gold, two silver chronograph counters and matte rhodied hands.
The red gold model has a silver guilloche dial covered with ruthenium and the titanium model’s dial is made from an aluminum alloy the colour of anthracite .
Two new bracelets in platinum and red gold with matte finishing have been developed while the titanium bracelet is identical to the existing lineSport version.
The F.P. Journe Calibre 1518 found within the piece operates central hours and minutes, a 30 minute subdial at 3 o’clock, large date window at 6 and the 60 seconds subdial at 9 o’clock.
It has up to 80 hours of power.
