{"id":65452,"date":"2021-06-21T11:44:15","date_gmt":"2021-06-21T10:44:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/?p=65452"},"modified":"2021-06-28T10:16:43","modified_gmt":"2021-06-28T09:16:43","slug":"seiko-gets-preppy-with-new-york-fashion-brand-collaboration","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/seiko-gets-preppy-with-new-york-fashion-brand-collaboration\/","title":{"rendered":"Seiko gets preppy with New York fashion brand collaboration"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Seiko and New York sport and fashion brand, Rowing Blazers, have announced a collaboration on two Limited Editions and one Special Edition timepiece.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Developed in collaboration with Rowing Blazers founder and creative director Jack Carlson and Seiko\u2019s Product Development team, Carlson says he couldn\u2019t think of a better team-up.<\/p>\n<p>He explained: \u201cCollaborating with Seiko is a dream come true. I have a small collection of both new and vintage Seikos, and I\u2019m obsessed with the brand.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Adding: \u201cThis is our first real foray into the world of watches \u2014 though we often sell vintage Seikos on our site \u2014 and I couldn\u2019t imagine a better partnership.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Seiko 5 Sports, Rowing Blazers designs each offer a distinctive bezel treatment.<\/p>\n\n<p>As a homage to Seiko\u2019s archives, the first design has a \u201crally\u201d bezel, a tribute to the \u201990s with a Rowing Blazers flip on the classics, the second design has a four-color red, blue, yellow and green bezel.
