{"id":52302,"date":"2020-04-22T11:12:23","date_gmt":"2020-04-22T10:12:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/?p=52302"},"modified":"2020-05-11T10:17:50","modified_gmt":"2020-05-11T09:17:50","slug":"watchpro-originals-getting-phygical-with-watches-wonders-geneva-chief-fabienne-lupo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/watchpro-originals-getting-phygical-with-watches-wonders-geneva-chief-fabienne-lupo\/","title":{"rendered":"WATCHPRO ORIGINALS: Where now for Watches &#038; Wonders Geneva?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Fabienne Lupo has been chairwoman and managing director of the Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie (FHH) since 2005. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The foundation organises SIHH, now renamed Watches &amp; Wonders Geneva, the show where Richemont brands have unveiled their watches every year alongside the likes of Hermes and Ulysse Nardin and a curated group of artisan independent watchmakers.<\/p>\n<p>In total, there would have been 30 brands presenting at W&amp;W this year.<\/p>\n<p>All of those brands will now present their 2020 collections at a new online portal <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.watchesandwonders.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">watchesandwonders.com<\/a><\/strong><\/span>, which goes live at midday, Central European Time, on Saturday, April 25.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_52269\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-52269\" style=\"width: 1583px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/2020\/04\/Watches-Wonders-brands.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-52269 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/2020\/04\/Watches-Wonders-brands.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1583\" height=\"445\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/2020\/04\/Watches-Wonders-brands-1024x288.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/2020\/04\/Watches-Wonders-brands-1536x432.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/2020\/04\/Watches-Wonders-brands.jpg 1583w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1583px) 100vw, 1583px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-52269\" class=\"wp-caption-text\"><em><strong>30 brands will present their 2020 novelties online at Watchesandwonders.com from April 25 onwards.<\/strong><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>FHH is also overseeing plans in 2021 that will see the full Watches and Wonders Geneva concept \u2014 a city-wide celebration of watchmaking and the exhibition at Palexpo Geneva in early April \u2014 running alongside a new show created by a <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #0000ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.watchpro.com\/rolex-patek-philippe-tudor-chopard-and-chanel-leave-baselworld\/\">Baselworld breakaway group<\/a><\/strong><\/span> that includes Rolex, Patek Philippe, Tudor, Chopard and Chanel.
