Baker are all outstanding operators that are collectively growing the number of stores they run nationwide in addition to expanding their ecommerce sales.

A total of 141 executives from watch brands cast their votes for the retailers they most admire, and Beaverbrooks came out on top, a fitting tribute for the company — still family-owned — that is celebrating its centenary year in 2019.

Tony Button, senior account manager at watch specialist LBS, which sponsored the Mid-market Multiple Watch Retailer Award, presented the trophy to Simon Smith, Bruce Andrews, Nick Bucknell and the whole table of Beaverbrooks senior executives who attended the WatchPro Awards dinner.

Executives at watch brands were asked in an invitation-only poll to give their views on the quality of retailers in a short list of finalists.
