G-Shock will be 35 years old in April next year, and ahead of the anniversary, the company is releasing a commemorative collection of three models known as the Gold Tornado.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The collectors’ models have gold colour accents against a base of symbolic black and red.<\/p>\n

All three models in the collection have monolithic black bodies, with bright red on the back of the two-tone watch bands and the \u201cSINCE 1983\u201d on the watch face.<\/p>\n

They use\u00a0gold ion plating on the main metal parts including the bezel, case, and screws, with gold color accents used extensively in other areas.<\/p>\n

Casio said it chose the color gold to symbolise the G-Shock heritage of constantly impacting the world by delivering new toughness in construction since day one, and the aspiration to maintain the brilliant presence which creates a buzz by producing astonishment and delight.<\/p>\n
