Earlier this year WatchPro unveiled its Watches of the Year 2013, made up of 10 winning timepieces and 90 highly commended watches that we felt boasted commercial appeal, innovation and had wowed consumers and retailers alike over the past 12 months.
Highly commended for the WatchPro Trendsetting Watch of the Year 2013 was the Ice-Watch Ice-Glam.
This is something of a departure from the brand’s usual youthful bright colours and chunky style. As the name suggests, Ice-Glam by Ice-Watch offers wearers something a bit more grown up and sophisticated.
It can be hard for brands that are so synonymous with one iconic look to try something very different, but Ice-Watch has managed to offer wearers an alternative while also keeping things fashionable.
The timepieces are constructed from one moulded piece of silicone and come in black or white options. The gold-look accents around watch face and on the crown, hands and the Ice logo, make for a timeless contrast with the monochrome colour options.
This watch is likely to widen the brand’s fan base.
