WOLF throws its weight behind WatchPro Awards for fourth time

Watch winder specialist WOLF has confirmed its sponsorship of the WatchPro Awards for the fourth time.

The company has become a major player in the watch and jewellery industry over the years by helping retailers to profit from add-on sales of watch winders, jewellery boxes and other accessories.

“Nothing can replace the handshake, the smile, the energy one gets from being together,” managing director Simon Wolf said. “Zoom was a great tool [during government lock downs] and will continue to be so, but nothing can compare with what happens when we stand, sit, discuss, laugh and engage in real life.”

WOLF’s performance during the pandemic was boisterous and resilient. Business with its online partners grew 34-40% in 2020, it recently opened its first UK shop-in-shop, and it expanded its team in June of this year by hiring a new marketing manager for the UK, Europe and Middle East.

Working with WatchPro and the WatchPro Awards has been a consistent part of WOLF’s marketing strategy. The Awards dinner is one of the highlights of the year for the company and its team.

“Life is about sharing,” Mr Wolf continued. “It might be a story, an experience, a thing, whatever ‘it’ is, the WatchPro Awards evening, where we are all together, is a lovely time to share, have a laugh, a few drinks and that is the glue that sticks us humans together.”

WOLF will also be exhibiting at the inaugural WatchPro Salon event on 12-13 November at The Londoner on Leicester Square. Tickets can be purchased HERE.

The 2021 WatchPro Awards take place on 11 November at 8 Northumberland in Central London. The black tie event brings together the biggest names in the industry and tickets can be purchased HERE.
