WatchWarehouse overhauls web site in time for Xmas

WatchWarehouse has re-launched its web site with a number of improvements to the way brands are presented and described.

The new site includes additional product information on each of its fast-growing list of watches. The information complements rotating interactive images, on-site videos, watch news and trend reports.

“Innovation has been at the core of our business and we are proud to have launched another market-leading web site both in terms of the tehcnology and on-site features in time for Christmas,” said David Epstein, ecommerce director for WatchWarehouse.

“More than ever, we are now able to deliver a strong customer experience with our new responsive design catering for our increasing number of mobile customers,” he added.

Keeping pace with popular online retail trends, the site now allows customers to add products that they like to a wish list that they can come back to later.

The company has also introduced a click and collect service that allows people to pick up their watches from the WatchWarehouse store that opened in Watford earlier this year.
