Watchfinder in the running for retail award

Watchfinder will find out in November if it has won a retail award celebrating fast-growing, entrepreneurial businesses.

The pre-owned luxury watch specialist has been shortlisted for the Collect+ Retailer of the Year category in the Collect+ Retail Week Enterprise Awards

The awards, to be held on November 25 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, in London, recognise companies with a turnover of up to £150m and the people behind their success over 11 categories.

George MacDonald, executive editor of Retail Week, said: “This is a great time in the UK, as innovative companies continue to grow, helping to ensure the country’s future economic success. That’s why we want to mark the importance of emerging companies and put them in the spotlight at this fantastic awards ceremony. Retail Week wanted to create a platform upon which we could shine a spotlight on these success stories – highlighting future industry leaders and demonstrating the brands shaping the future of the whole sector.”

Watchfinder is competing against retailers Better Bathrooms, Bonmarche and Phase Eight in the Collect+ Retailer of the Year category.
