Watches of Switzerland reconfigures ‘golden triangle’ showroom in London’s Knightsbridge

An exhibition of tourbillon watches is being held in the VIP space.

Watches of Switzerland says it has completed the renovation of its flagship showroom in London’s Knightsbridge.

It was one of the original ‘golden triangle‘ of stores on Oxford Street, Regent Street and Brompton Road that catapulted the chain to the top of the premier league of luxury watch retailers in the UK.

The Knightsbridge showroom had already been extended and reconfigured earlier this year with a new 1,377 sq. ft Rolex showroom added after the store acquired and knocked through into a neighbouring unit.

Patek Philippe was also given an in-store boutique as part of that expansion.

The multibrand area has been reconfigured during the last lock down, with additional Jaeger-LeCoultre and Cartier shop-in-shops on the ground floor, and Breguet and Ulysse Nardin on the first floor.

Watches of Switzerland plans to host a series of events and pop ups at the store, beginning with an exhibition of 23 special edition tourbillon watches from Breguet, Ulysse Nardin, Girard Perreguax, Speake Marine and Cyrus.

An exhibition of tourbillon watches is being held in the VIP space.

There is also a Bovet pop-up in store until the end of January 2021.
