The Watches of Switzerland Group has launched an online booking system for appointments at Goldsmiths, Mappin and Webb and Watches of Switzerland.
Appointments have proved a valuable way to both ensure customers are safe as they return to shopping, and also for retailers to get advanced information that makes consultations more productive.
The By Personal Appointment service, which goes live today, lets clients make both in-store or virtual appointments. If the appointment is over phone or zoom, it will be with a consultant from their chosen store.

Watches can be bought during the phone or virtual appointments and stores can arrange collection or contact-free delivery to the client’s residence.
