The Watches of Switzerland Group has officially opened a national Service Centre in Manchester.
The purpose-built facility houses a team of experts that includes over 10 watchmakers, two polishers and three administrators using state-of-the-art equipment in a specialist working environment.
The group is a brand-accredited service agent of Swiss horology houses including Rolex, Omega, Breitling and Cartier.
Watch servicing can now be performed on two levels: in store at Watches of Switzerland, Mappin & Webb and Goldsmiths stores, and now at the new Service Centre, which will improve turnaround times for clients.
