Chiswick Auctions’ most recent specialist sale of jewellery and watches has been heralded a success by the auction house.
The sale, which took place on July 28, was dominated by jewellery, but the watch lots on show did very well. Chiswick Auctions commented that they noticed more vintage styles in this particular auction, with heritage pieces and many others coming from private collections.
One stand-out performer was a ladies’ 1995 Rolex Oyster perpetual wristwatch, which sold for £1,800 including buyer’s premium.
Another impressive lot was a gentlemen’s 18ct Jaeger LeCoultre dress watch with Roman chapter dial, which sold for £816 including buyer’s premium.
