Very Important Buyers Club at London Watch Show

The London Watch Show is working with its exhibitors to ensure the UK’s key watch buyers attend the exhibition with the creation of the Very Important Buyers Club.

The VIB Club members will have their travel to the London Watch Show arranged and paid for by the organiser. At the exhibition, they will be given free lunch at the show’s restaurant, and invited to the WatchPro Hot 100 party, which takes place on the first night of the show on July 6.

London Watch Show exhibitors have been invited to nominate 10 buyers from key retailers that they hope to impress. In total, the aim is to bring 150 Very Important Buyers to the 2014 event, which takes place at Freemasons’ Hall from July 6-7.

"We recognise that time is precious for these VIBs, so we want to take all the hassle, as well as the expense, away from them. This is just one more initiative to establish the London Watch Show as a vital meeting point for watch brands and buyers," said Daniel Malins, event director for the London Watch Show.

Last year, the London Watch Show welcomed buyers from the majority of major UK watch retailers including Amazon.com, Achica.com, Asos.com, Aurum Group, Berry’s Jewellers, Bonhams, Charles Fish, Debenhams, DM London, F Hinds, Harvey Nichols, Identity The Jewellers, Frost of London, Rox, Tustains, Ruddells, Laing the Jeweler, Hugh Rice Jewellers, John Pass Jewellers, The WatchHub, Steffans, Marcus Watches, The Watch Show, Fraser Hart, John Lewis, Liberty, The Watch Show, Lowery Jewellers, Peter Burrowes, QVC, H Samuel, Ernest Jones, Selfridges, The Watch Hospital, Topbrands Group, Watch Surgery, Watches2u, Wong’s Jewellers, World Duty Free Group, Watch Warehouse, and many more.
