Ulysse Nardin has become the official timekeeper of The Explorers, an organisation that protects wildlife around the world.
The French organisation is currently running six specific preservation programmes: lemurs in Madagascar, turtles in Polynesia, red macaws in Honduras, radiated tortoises in Madagascar, crocodiles in Jamaica and humpback whales in Polynesia.
It is run by a team of scientists, filmmakers, cameramen, reporters, photographers, artists, designers, pilots, technicians, editors, musicians, programmers and community managers.
Ulysse Nardin’s parent company Kering has been a partner of The Explorers since 2019

In related news, Ulysse-Nardin has also been confirmed as the official timekeeper for one of the rare sporting competitions still on the calendar for summer 2020: the ocean race qualifier for the Vendée Globe, a solo non-stop yacht race around the world without assistance that is so challenging it has been dubbed The Everest of the Sea.
