UK customer service team scoop brand award


Victorinox Swiss Army’s UK team has fought off global competition to be named brand’s best customer service department.

The UK department took the Victorinox Swiss Army Customer Service Award for ‘exceptional standards in service and repairs’ against stiff competition from the brand’s other international teams.

Arvind Lakhani, UK head of customer service and watchmaking, was presented with the award at BaselWorld.

Victorinox’s Swiss Army brand is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year while the Victorinox brand is 130 years old in 2014.
