Dutch watch business TW Steel has signed triple FIA World Champion and motorsport icon Petter Solberg as a brand ambassador.
The watchmaker and driver are collaborating to create a range of watches that reflect the adrenaline-fuelled world of rally with TW Steel’s design.
Mr Solberg was the first Norwegian to win the FIA World Rally Championship in 2003, the first of three victories.
He was also the inaugural winner of the FIA World Rallycross Championship in 2014.
He has helped design three watches for TW Steel, which will be known as the Solberg World Champion Editions and launch in September.
“Each watch will be a unique reflection of the driver and the motorsport that inspired them, a bold and visionary product that the wearer can take with them on every adrenaline ride and know that it will keep up every time,” promises TW Steel.
