Tutima brings a splash of orange or yellow to titanium dive watches

The watch industry’s determination to bring colour into our lives this summer is continuing with Germany’s Tutima Glashütte elevating its M2 Seven Seas dive watches with fresh orange and yellow dials.

If only our government shared the watch industry’s determination to bring colour into our lives this summer.

The latest flash of optimism is from Germany’s Tutima Glashütte, which is elevating its M2 Seven Seas dive watches with fresh orange and yellow dials.

They are offered in titanium cases, which is not only lighter than steel and just as tough, it also has a gunmetal finish that juxtaposes with the bright and highly legible dials.

Tutima has introduced wristbands made of rubber and Kevlar for the first time, which is tough, flexible and comfortable.

There is also the option of an integrated titanium bracelet.

M2 Seven Seas watches come in 44mm cases housing Tutima’s Calibre 330, which is based on an ETA 2836-2.

They are water resistant to 50 atm thanks to 3mm thick sapphire crystal glass and a screw in crown.

The watch retails for $2,300 with titanium bracelet, and $1,900 on the rubber and kevlar strap.
