Tustains Jewellers has been named as a finalist in the Customer Care category of the Pride of Warwick District Awards, which will be hosted on July 5 at The Chesford Grange Hotel.

Judges of the Customer Care catergory will be looking for cases of exceptional customer servic,e such as the new Tustains consultation room that has been designed with the sale of wedding jewellery in mind. The room allows privacy and quiet for when couples are selecting a ring; as well as staff being able to focus solely on the customer and their preferences.

A recent customer commented: “This example of intimate and meaningful service is becoming increasingly rare in our world, yet Tustains are thriving because of it.” Tustains also offer re-sizing, refinishing and engraving services as part of a commitment to high quality customer care.

A recent independent survey was run among Tustains customers and the results showed an overall score of 98% in the customer satisfaction section of the optional questionnaire. When asked what impressed them about Tustains, one comment stated that the customer had had “an A star shopping experience” while another said: “always good service, used many times in the past”.

Tustains has had a constant presence in Leamington as a family run business; Joe and Tom Milner pride themselves on continuing the philosophy of first class customer care that was instilled in them when the shop was run by their father.

Tom Milner’s knowledge of the watch industry is one example of the expertise Tustains offer to their customers. He was the most mentioned member of staff when customers were asked what impressed them about Tustains and has contributed comment to WatchPro on several occasions.

The Pride of Warwick District Awards are sponsored by Phillips 66 and guests will enjoy a five course meal and speeches from local MP’s Chris White and Jeremy Wright.
