Tustains increases Leamington Spa showroom space

Leamington Spa jewellers Tustains has expanded its store and added a new consultancy space in a drive to create an improved shopping experience for its consumers.

The store, which sells watch brands including TAG Heuer, Longies, Omega and Bell & Ross, is co-owned by brothers Tom and Joe Milner.

It underwent a renovation just two years ago but has now been upgraded further with increased floor space and second private consultation room. Tustains said the additional space should provide more room to give time and attention to its customers.

The retailer recently carried out a customer service survey with its clients, and said the results were "overwhelmingly positive".

Joe Milner said: "We believe that designing or selecting a piece of jewellery, especially a wedding, engagement or eternity ring, is an incredibly personal experience, and so we involve the customer in the process from start to finish.

"Our private rooms allow our customers more time to explain their needs, listen to the expert advice that we offer, and choose their commitment ring in a comfortable, stress-free environment”.

The retailer is also set to unveil a new website in the coming weeks, with a "click and collect" service due to be available.
