TAG Heuer launches special edition as brand pulls together to support Cycle for Survival

In a bid to make 2019 the charity’s most successful year yet, the brand has also released a special edition chronograph.

TAG Heuer, official timekeeper and provider of the timepiece for Cycle for Survival, is rallying together U.S. brand ambassadors to support the charity.

As well as pulling together in a bid to make 2019 the charity’s most successful year, it has also unveiled the TAG Heuer Formula 1 Cycle for Survival Special Edition chronograph.

The watch sports a custom-designed Cycle for Survival signature orange rubber strap to pair with its trademark orange pompoms seen at the nationwide cycling events.

It contains a navy-blue dial which has orange accents to compliment the rubber strap, in addition to the TAG Heuer shield situated below the 12 o’clock numeral.

The chronograph is battery powered and has a quartz movement.

It will retail for $1,550, and is available for purchase on tagheuer.com and nationwide in TAG Heuer boutiques, with 10 percent of all proceeds from the watch donated directly to Cycle for Survival.

To further support Cycle for Survival, TAG Heuer colleagues, brand ambassadors and customers will join more than 36,000 riders at cycling events across the country this year.

Cycle for Survival rides are in 16 cities, including Bethesda, Boston, New York, Seattle, Summit, and Washington, D.C., through March 2019 to raise funds for rare cancer research.
