TAG Heuer has introduced the new Aquaracer 500M series as a tribute to its partnership with Oracle Team USA.
The brand has created a line of technologically advanced watches as part of its sponsorship of the America’s Cup for the USA. All the American team will be wearing the Aquaracer timepieces.
TAG Heuer president and chief executive officer Jean-Christophe Babin said: “We want to break every record ever set, for both man and machine. We challenged our teams to create the most elegant yet resistant Aquaracer watch ever. Ceramic makes the TAG Heuer Aquaracer 500M watches suitable for the most thrilling sailing adventure on the planet.”
The watches salute the Oracle Team USA colours with Team USA or Defender logos, the helium valve and the hands designed to make them stand out against the vertical wave pattern of the black dial.
