TAG Heuer gives Dark Lord treatment to Connected smartwatch

0

TAG Heuer has named a new titanium version in its Connected smartwatch family the Bright Black Edition on account of its black case and bezel with a gold edge and numerals.

Watch historians might consider it a modern day iteration of the Dark Lord, a name given to an all black Monaco chronograph launched in 1974.

An additional theme, Eclipse, has also been launched for the watch and it comes with three interchangeable rubber and leather straps in blue, brown or black.

Eclipse works with the black and gold look by replicating it in the digital hands, sub dials, markers and branding.

The entire package has a dark and moody feel thanks to a matte black DLC coating on its 45mm titanium case.

It is on sale from today with authorised dealers and direct from TAG Heuer online for CHF 2,500.
