TAG Heuer has been official timekeeper of Red Bull’s Formula 1 racing team since 2016, but has only launched one watch to mark the association in all those years, until now.
That is being put right in 2020 with a fresh Formula 1 special edition made in collaboration with the team, now renamed Aston Martin Red Bull Racing.
The 43mm fine-brushed steel on steel quartz-driven chronograph was unveiled alongside the 2020 F1 car that will be piloted by Max Verstappen and Alex Albon.
Its dial and aluminium fixed bezel comes in the same blue colour as the car, while Red Bull’s red and yellow are used on the tachymeter scale and seconds hand.
The screw-down case is engraved with the Aston Martin Red Bull Racing team logo over a chequered pattern.
It will go on sale for €1,550.
