TAG Heuer ambassador role for Premier League champion Ranieri

Leicester City manager Claudio Ranieri’s phone must be constantly engaged at the moment.

The Italian football boss has overseen the greatest upset in the history of British football by taking rank outsiders to champions of the Premier League within a single season.

Not only is he rumoured to be in line for a £5million bonus from the Thai owners of the club but he has also been named as TAG Heuer’s latest ambassador.

To be fair, Ranieri and the Leicester City team are as deserving of TAG Heuer’s #dontcrackunderpressure hashtag as anyone we can think of.

Ranieri’s appointment will further bolster TAG Heuer’s recently announced support of English top flight football when it became Official Timekeeper and Official Watch of the Premier League.

As well as being Official Timekeeper for the German Bundesliga, MLS (Major Soccer League) in the USA, the 2016 Copa America, the Chinese Football Association Super League and the Australian National Football team, TAG Heuer is now also the partner of the prestigious English Championship. Cristiano Ronaldo has also been a TAG Heuer ambassador since 2014.
