Swiss watch brand and iconic automotive company combine

Watch brand Zenith and car manufacturer Land Rover have announced the launch of a long-term association.

The collaboration was marked by an event in Paris last week, where more than 200 guests, VIPs, international press and Land Rover personalities attended.

At the event, the exclusive El Primero Range Rover special edition timepiece was unveiled. It features a ceramised aluminium case inspired by ideas from both brands’ product design and engineering departments. The standout model aims to honour two creations that have made a considerable imprint on watchmaking and automotive history.

During the evening, guests were treated to the revealing of a unique work of art by star guest, Richard Orlinski.

Commenting on the launch, Aldo Magada, president and CEO of Zenith, said:  “Zenith and Range Rover share a number of key assets, including an iconic silhouette, charisma, technical refinement and remarkable performance, as well as being pioneers in our respective industries. The Zenith team is very excited to start this long-term partnership with Range Rover, another superb brand and kindred spirit.”
