Swiss luxury brand offers 99 share packages to UK investors

Swiss luxury watchmaker DuBois et Fils is offering UK investors the chance to own a stake in the company by offering 99 new share packages.

The company is no stranger to equity-based crowdfunding having launched the first round of funding of its type within the industry three years ago. As a result more than 830 shareholders from 31 different countries now own a piece of the company.

New investors have the option of buying either two or three limited edition watches at a special shareholder rate depending on their level of investment.

Thomas Steinemann, DuBois et Fils chief executive officer, said: “Britain’s capital is known as one of the most competitive financial centres in the world providing an excellent environment for fostering innovation and entrepreneurship. With our innovative approach to raising capital, it is the ideal place to develop our future-oriented project in a sustainable way.”

Two levels of investment are offered with share packages available for CHF 2,000 or 6,000. Shareholdings will governed by Swiss law, and investors can closely follow the brand’s progress through a dedicated investor site. Furthermore, get the chance to be part of the brand’s unique Nomads of Time community.

DuBois et Fils offers its watches in limited edition runs of 99 pieces. In the UK DuBois et Fils watches are stocked by CW Sellors Jura Watches. The brand also launched an innovative approach to direct online sales in 2014, offered retailers in the region that the order was a placed a cut of the sale.
