Summer nights last into September for Hot 100 rooftop barbecue

This week’s heat wave is forecast to give way to a sultry September according to mid-range forecasts.

The Professional Jeweller Hot 100 Summer Barbecue will take place at the stunning Kensington Roof Gardens, just five minutes from the IJL exhibition in Olympia, on a warm evening predicted to be around 21C.

Professional Jeweller is the sister title to WatchPro. Collectively their mission is to help  businesses profit from the sale of jewellery and watches in the UK.

The Professional Jeweller Hot 100 is the jewellery community’s hottest party of the year. It takes place on Monday, September 5, the second evening of IJL, giving exhibitors and IJL visitors a chance to unwind and refuel after a hectic day at the exhibition.

The first tickets sold out within a month of going on sale, but Professional Jeweller has expanded the event and arranged for the venue to accommodate another 150 people for the evening.

Guests will be treated to a three-course barbecue, free drinks all night, and the excitement and entertainment of the Professional Jeweller Hot 100 ‘reveal’.

“The Hot 100 party is where the industry meets during IJL to relax, continue informal conversations after a hard day at IJL, and to celebrate the achievements of the Hot 100 and the wider industry,” says Stacey Hailes, editor of Professional Jeweller.

“By adding a three-course barbecue meal this year, we are making sure that everybody is ready to march into the final day of IJL on a full stomach,” she jokes.

This year’s Professional Jeweller Hot 100 is sponsored by Technology Partner Bransom and Gold Partner Jewellery and Watch Birmingham.
