This clever, simplistic display at Georg Jensen’s New York store certainly works to make the watches the hero of the boutique.

Strip sections of the cabinet have been lit up and filled with watches placed side by side, while the rest of the wall is completely dark. The result is that the eye is instantly drawn to the watches, in particular their bright leather straps.

This is a great retail concept that would be especially effective for a window display to catch the eye of night-time passersby, who will be drawn in by the illumination.
