SPORTS WATCHES OF THE YEAR WINNER: Omega Seamaster Diver 300m

Omega Seamsater 300m

The 30th anniversary of Omega’s Seamaster Diver 300m was not going to pass unmarked, and the 2018 re-issue is a beautiful interpretation of the icon that has been at the heart of the watchmaker’s portfolio since 1993.

The original’s wave pattern on the dial has been brought back in pin-sharp precision thanks to the use or modern laser engraving, with Superluminova-filled hour markers standing proudly behind hour, minute and second hands.

Less busy than the 1993 model, which had three subdials, the 25th anniversary models focus more on aesthetics that will appeal to the modern customer who may never get the watch wet.
