Seiko christmas incentive winner

Seiko rewards sales teams’ performance

Retailer Jeff Bridges scooped a Seiko Astron GPS Solar watch by winning as part of the brand’s pre-Christmas sale incentive, 70 days of Christmas Cheer.

Each participating salesperson in the country received a Lorus alarm clock with the top performing salesperson in each store receiving a Seiko watch. Bridges, of Cox and Son in Great Yarmouth, was selected from the incentive’s prize draw.

Nine team members at Cox and Son embraced the incentive and sold 75 Seiko watches in the 70 days leading up to Christmas.

Speaking at the presentation, Bridges said: “The execution of the Seiko Christmas incentive has been excellent for the last two years. It has been extremely motivating over the Christmas selling period for the store and has been exceptional for me personally. After winning the main store prize I never thought I would win the prize draw for a Seiko Astron GPS. When I received a phone call from Shane with the news I felt both surprised and lucky to receive such a prestigious prize.”
