Frederique Constant introduces its second generation Horological Smartwatch at SalonQP

Frederique Constant is introducing an updated version of its innovative Horological Smartwatch at QP.

The Swiss watchmaker was recently purchased by Citizen, but its owner Peter Stas retained control of the smartwatch movement maker MMT, which has produced a brand new engine for the latest Horological Smartwatch.

Frederique Constant’s approach is to create beautiful Swiss-made analogue watches with smart, connected, features. The latest models have activity and sleep monitoring functions as well as a world timer function. It has a 42mm highly-polished rose gold plated steel case and a navy blue dial that features applied indexes and roman numerals. The MMT-285 Connected movement gives 25 months battery life and it is water resistant to 5 atm.

Frederique Constant will also be showing its horological expertise with the introduction of its first in-house perpetual calendar with the Manufacture Perpetual Calendar, created to meet customer’s requirements, which are : robustness, reliability and easy to adjust. The steel version retails at £7,760 which just supports the brand philosophy of producing affordable luxury timepieces.
