Retailer Rox has signed a deal with Swatch Group to become the exclusive Scottish stockist of luxury watch brand Breguet.
The brand will be sold at the retailer’s store in Edinburgh, which managing director Kyron Keogh described as "a real coup".
He added: "We have been in talks with the brand for some time now and it is fantastic to have the collection in-store ahead of Christmas. Classic gentleman’s watches are in demand right now and we anticipate that Breguet will be very popular, particularly with watch collectors.
“Strengthening our luxury watch portfolio has been a key part of our strategy this year and has made an impact on business by increasing our average transaction value. We are seeing a shift in the watch market at the moment; people are investing in classic premium watches and we will be continuing to focus on luxury and collectors’ watches moving into 2014.”
