Glasgow-based jeweller Rox will open in its sixth city this week when it cuts the ribbon on a showroom in the Liverpool One shopping district.
The company’s network now includes stores in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Aberdeen, Newcastle, Leeds and Liverpool.
Next year it will open its largest property in Glasgow’s Argyll Arcade, the historic indoor arcade for jewellers at the heart of the city’s luxury shopping precinct.
Rox has secured the agency for Hublot at its new Liverpool One store. It will be the sole watch brand selling alongside the company’s diamond jewellery collections.
It is the first time Hublot has been on sale in Liverpool, and Rox hopes to use the opportunity to introduce customers to its Big Bang and Classic Fusion collections, including limited edition models that have become central to the Swiss watchmaker’s success.

The Liverpool space will stick to Rox’s proven method of making the purchase of luxury watches and jewellery — particularly engagement rings and wedding bands — a theatrical experience.
The space will have another of Rox’s signature Thrill Rooms, featuring a Moët & Chandon champagne bar and private lounge.
A Hublot shop-in-shop will open early in the new year.
