Rolex expands its F1 portfolio by picking up Nico Rosberg as ambassador

Despite his retirement from racing, Nico Rosberg’s career is going strong, with a Rolex partnership in the bag.

Mr Rosberg will join Rolex’s dominant portfolio of ambassadors, which include F1 racer Sir Jackie Stewart and tennis titan Roger Federer.

Mr Rosberg, who retired from Formula One in December 2016, also has personal endorsement deals with fashion brand Hugo Boss, toy car brand Hot Wheels, Sky Sports, German railway company Deutsche Bahn and German commercial TV network RTL, and is represented by the CAA Sports agency.

Roman Di Somma, an agent at CAA Sports, added: “We are thrilled to partner Nico with Rolex for the next three years. “

“Rolex is one of the most iconic brands in the world and Nico is a long-time fan of their timepieces and heritage. This is just one of several exciting announcements we have coming up for Nico in 2018.”
