Lamborghini Squadra Corse and Roger Dubuis simultaneously revealed their new car and timekeeper, so the V12 engine-based hypercar could be enjoyed alongside a fresh limited edition Excalibur Essenza SCV12 watch.
Roger Dubuis continues to take design cues from Lamborghini, in this case stripping down its Duotor movement by removing its upper bridge and reworking its skeletonised movement to look like the wheel-rim of the Essenza, while the barrel can be viewed from the top as if one were peering through a transparent supercar hood. The strut bars on the top of the calibre remain a signature feature of Excalibur Lamborghini-inspired models.
As part of its Rarities” program, Roger Dubuis will personalise elements of each Excalibur Essenza SCV12 sold so that every watch will be a true one-of-a-kind.
