Richard Mille creates network of certified pre-owned partners across four continents

The network comprises NX-One in Japan, The Value of Time in Singapore, Westime in the United States and Ninety in London, UK.

Richard Mille has formalised the development of a network of closely affiliated pre-owned retailers for its watches that now covers all major markets across four continents.

There are four certified partners, which all offer Richard Mille watches that are authenticated and serviced by watchmakers that have been fully trained by the brand.

The network comprises NX-One in Tokyo, The Value of Time in Singapore, Westime in Los Angeles and Ninety in London.

Each of the pre-owned boutiques is designed to give the same level of luxury experience as primary authorised dealers.

“Right from the outset in 2001 Richard Mille foresaw today’s booming market in pre-owned timepieces. The brand has always supported pre-owned watches through its specific service centres,” the company says.

“This approach is key to establishing the most important element in any relationship between a luxury brand and its client – trust. Peace of mind is paramount for all customers at the point of purchase.”

Any pre-owned watch acquired in one of the stores cited above will have been evaluated, authenticated and restored by qualified in-house watchmakers who have been trained at the Richard Mille Manufacture.

This allows for every pre-owned watch to be sold with a 24-month international warranty, a certificate of authenticity, a service booklet and a brand-new strap and presentation box.
