Raymond Weil makes presence felt in UK music industry with Q Awards association

The brand sponsored the ‘Q Icon Award’ for 2019, celebrating the best of both British and International musical achievements throughout 2019.

Raymond Weil made its presence felt in the UK music industry this week thanks to its association with the Q Awards, which took place on October 16 at the London Roundhouse.

The brand sponsored the ‘Q Icon Award’ for 2019, celebrating the best of both British and International musical achievements throughout 2019.

This year’s winner was renowned French singer, songwriter, dancer and performer Christine, from Christine and the Queens.

Previous winners of the award include Ian McCulloch, Liam Gallagher, and Duran Duran.

The evening was a star-studded affair with the likes of Lewis Capaldi and Foals sporting Raymond Weil’s maestro collection on the night.

The evening followed a special, sell-out Biffy Clyro Q Awards gig that took place the night before at Camden’s Round House.

The brand said: “Building on more than 40 years of Swiss watching-making expertise, music remains at the heart of the brand as the central inspiration for the precision, technicality and nobility of the art of creating luxury timepieces.”
