WP: What’s the story behind that brand that got Aventi to where it is today?

The core idea behind Aventi is to bring a supercar to your wrist. Using the cutting edge materials and engineering found in supercars to create statement timepieces.

WP: How did your personal and professional background inspire the brand?

From a young age, I have been a car enthusiast; my father was a rally driver, so I grew up around cars and motorsports.

Over time, I collected watches, but I became so frustrated with the lack of transparency and the lack of new and innovative ideas from the major Swiss brands, just the same pieces from the 50s in slightly different cases and updated movements. 

Aventi is what I always wanted from a watch brand. Integrating what we have learned from hundreds of years of watchmaking tradition with innovative materials and engineering techniques. We don’t ask if something can be done but how. 

WP: Why is breaking free from traditions an important point for Aventi?

There is nothing ordinary about Aventi, and that is at the core of our success. Tradition can act as a shield to hide behind, sticking to the ways things have always been done to avoid the risk of trying something new. 

We have no offices; we found the best talent across the globe and invited them to work with us, from where they are. 

We have no factories; We partner with the same factories that produce for the most prestigious brands in the industry.

We have no boutiques; We treat our clients as friends and serve them anywhere in the world.

Because we have such a small and dedicated team we are able to adapt and shift far quicker than any of our competitors.  

WP: What is the price point for your watches?

The new Aventi A13 Ghost is priced at 12,500 CHF, featuring the new Swiss-made GT-01s movement and the Sapphire Skull. 

WP: Who is the brand targeted to?

Aventi is targeted at those with a real appreciation for engineering and horology, that are looking for a true statement piece.

WP: Can you tell me more about the inclusion of the Swiss-made Tourbillon?

Yes! With our new pieces, we are introducing the GT-01S. We were fortunate enough to work with master watchmaker Olivier mory, who began his career working with AP Concept on the first Richard Mille tourbillon. With his expertise, the GT-01S has only 68 individual pieces, meaning greater efficiency and reliability. 

Crafted completely in grade 5 titanium, the GT-01S is a hand-wound tourbillon with over 4 days of power reserve, 5000G shock-resistant and accurate to +/- 4 seconds per day. Every aspect of the movement is finished to the highest level, every face is covered in intricate perlage, and every edge is bevelled and mirror polished. 

WP: What does the future have in-store for Aventi?

The future of aventi is really exciting, I can’t say too much yet, but some pieces are coming that are sure to cause a stir and maybe step on a few toes. We want to make it clear that we are not something the big brands don’t need to worry about. We are here to stay and coming for them.
