Pulsar has unveiled Pulsar X, a collection of watches inspired by extreme sports and appointed a professional skateboarder as the face of the new line.
British-born Paul?Luc Ronchetti will represent the 12-watch Pulsar X collection, the flagship of which is the Pulsar X Chronograph, a £125 60-minute chronograph in stainless steel with silicon strap.
After moving to California at the age of 15, Ronchetti began to win championships and climb up the world rankings.
He commented on the Pulsar X partnership, saying: “I have been wearing Pulsar X for some time now, and they are great. They are tough enough to survive the thrills and spills of my sport and I love the way they look.”
Ronchetti, who also the star of the collection’s advertising campaign, will now work with Pulsar to develop future Pulsar X watches.
The Pulsar X collection features 12 watches with both digital and analogue models ranging in price from £99.95 to £135. The collection is already in stock at H Samuel, F Hinds, Debenhams and leading independents.
