Pleasance & Harper MD cycling to Paris for charity

Pleasance & Harper managing director Mark Harper and his wife Sarah are about to embark on an epic London to Paris cycle ride to raise money for Cure Leukaemia.

Both of the Harpers have lost parents to different types of cancer, which was part of the motivation for the charity ride.

The ride is expected to take four days to cover 500km (320 miles), starting on June 18. A total of 300 people are hoping to raise £2 million for Cure Leukaemia.

Mark and Sarah are so far 68% of the way towards their target of £3000, and we hope WatchPro readers will help them get the remainder of the way there.

“The training has been going well and we are only just a little bit scared of the thought of riding 500km in four days. However we are also very excited at the prospect of not only completing such a great challenge but also raising money for such a great cause,” said Mark.

“All costs for the event are being paid for by ourselves so any money raised goes directly to the charity. If you can make a donation it will be very gratefully received. The links are below but if you would like any more info then please don’t hesitate to get in touch,”
