Girard-Perregaux’s Hawk has been completely revitalised with a fresh new edition using pink gold, ceramic and rubber components.
The Hawk’s 62-piece, 44mm pink gold case is satin-finished contrasting against the black ceramic bezel, chronograph pusher protectors and crown.
On the dial, a motif depicting the brand’s tourbillon bridges has been used, encircled with a three-dimensional chapter ring intersected by hour indices in matching pink gold. Bands of luminescent material on the indices and hands allow for legibility after dark.
Small seconds are visible on a sub dial at the 3 o’clock position; with a central chronograph seconds hand and chronograph minutes displayed on a sub dial at the 9 o’clock position. The date is shown through a window at the 6 o’clock.
A GP03300 automatic manufacture movement, comprised of 431 components, powers the Hawk’s functions. The rotor is fashioned in the shape of an arrow and movement decoration is visible through a screwed down sapphire crystal caseback. The Hawk is water resistant to 100m.
The watch is secured with a rubber strap encased in alligator leather and fastened with a folding buckle.
