Luxury watch and fashion brand Chanel is celebrating three decades since it entered the watch market with the release of a limited edition offering.
The watchmaker has unveiled the Monsieur de Chanel Platinum Blue, a timepiece with an enamel dial with a retrograde minutes counter, blue alligator strap and rhodium plated hands.
The wristwatch, which features 30 rubies, 170 components and two barrels in series with a fixed brace, is limited to 30 pieces.
Earlier this year Chanel announced it would be re-releasing its original Première ladies’ timepiece as part of its 30th anniversary celebrations.
The Monsieur de Chanel Platinum Blue, which is retailing for $63,000 (£47,000) and is now down to 20 pieces, timepiece can be viewed below.
